Privacy Policy

1. Controller and scope

Coy is an 18+ interactive entertainment service with fictional AI characters, not a real-person dating service. The Coy developer controls the data described here. Send privacy requests to iletisim@appdiyorki.com. This Policy covers the iOS app, web pages, support, and connected services.

2. Data we process

• Anonymous Supabase user and session identifiers.
• Profile data and preferences, including name, birth date, city, occupation, bio, interests, gender identity, attraction and relationship preferences, communication style, values, boundaries, and goals.
• Messages, AI replies, submitted drafts, AI Coach assessments, feedback, selected photos, matches, read status, and story progress.
• APNs token and optional Telegram-link data.
• IP address, device/OS and app information, timestamps, error and security logs.
• Apple product, entitlement, and transaction-verification data; we do not receive full card details.
• Support communications and attachments.

3. Purposes

• Provide anonymous sessions, profiles, conversations, AI Coach, recommendations, and story features.
• Store content and progress, send requested notifications, and provide optional Telegram continuity.
• Verify purchases and free-use limits.
• Secure, troubleshoot, improve, support, and comply with law.

4. Legal bases

• Performance of the Terms.
• Legal obligations and legal claims.
• Legitimate interests in security, continuity, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
• Permission or explicit consent for notifications, selected photos, and sensitive preferences where required.

5. AI and automated processing

Profile data, messages, images, and context may be automatically evaluated for AI replies, profile analysis, recommendations, feedback, and safety checks. AI output can be inaccurate or fictional and is not used alone for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

6. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only as necessary under appropriate safeguards. Provider systems may be outside your country, using applicable transfer mechanisms where required.

• Supabase for authentication, databases, storage, and functions.
• Google Gemini for AI processing.
• Apple for distribution, StoreKit, and APNs.
• Telegram only if you opt in.
• Hosting, security, monitoring, advisers, courts, and authorities where necessary.

7. Permissions and choices

• Notifications can be disabled in iOS Settings.
• Only photos you select through the system picker are accessed.
• Optional Telegram continuity can be disconnected in the app.

8. Retention, reset, and deletion

Data is retained only as needed for the Service, security, transactions, and law, then deleted or anonymized.

Profile > Account and Data > “Reset account” clears profile, matches, messages, memories, and progress, but may preserve the anonymous session and notification permission. “Permanently delete account” on the same screen permanently deletes the anonymous account and associated Coy data. A new anonymous account is created if you use the app again. Contact Support if you cannot access the in-app controls. Apple subscriptions must be cancelled separately.

9. Your rights

Depending on location, you may request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, recipient details, objection to qualifying automated analysis, consent withdrawal, and complaint to a competent authority. Mandatory local rights remain unaffected.

10. Security

We use appropriate access, transport, and administrative safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Do not send passwords, full payment details, IDs, third-party private data, or unnecessary sensitive information.

11. Children

Coy is only for people aged 18 and over. Contact us if you believe a minor has used it.

12. Third-party services

Apple, Telegram, and other linked services apply their own terms and privacy practices. Review them before use.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy and will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Contact iletisim@appdiyorki.com with questions or rights requests.
